the city is my life. But I was raised in the Bluegrass State, Educated in the Mountains, My dad is from the West Coast and my heart secretly belongs in the Dominican Republic. Nevertheless, I've always gravitated towards the skyline, the faster-paced lifestyle and the hustle, if you will - which is most easily found in the city.

I recently completed my master's in arts journalism at the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and currently work For Architizer in New York City where I write about architecture, building-products and construction processes.

In my writing, as much as I could, I tried to find the good, and praise it.
